Jhpiego is seeking a Global Help Desk Assistant to support its enterprise management systems.   Jhpiego is developing an enterprise program management system which will be integrated with the Jhpiego Enterprise Management System (JEMS). The systems will be used throughout the organization and developed and managed by the Information Services and Technology Support department. The core team is comprised of members from Kenya, US, and Mozambique Jhpiego offices. The team works with Jhpiego’s business units to incorporate enterprise processes in an effective and efficient software solution.   The Help Desk Assistant is responsible for support and training of the Jhpiego enterprise management system with a focus on supporting English and French speaking countries.   The nature of this work requires an individual who is service-oriented, an excellent communicator (oral and written), organized, and who can interact with diverse staff at all levels of the organization.   This position is part of the Information Services and Technology Support (ISTS) department supporting Jhpiego’s offices across Africa, Asia, and the Americas.   This position is remote, and requires up to 25% international travel.   Position reports to:  Senior Software Engineer Positions Supervised: None   Basic Salary (subject to statutory deductions): Kshs 122, 100 to 193,600 per month. 

The Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for providing numerous budget related support.  This includes budget revisions/modifications of existing projects, new proposal budget development, country office budget, extract expenditures from SAP system, budget vs. actual comparison for financial monitoring, preparation of donor report.  Additionally, provide support for monthly QBE closing, Processing Bank Payment, collection of LoI to assist NGOAB fund approvals.  Will ensure efficient operations of the finance & operations department and ensure timely delivery of financial deliverables.   "This position is for Bangladesh locals only."

The Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for providing multiple treasury functions to include risk management, cash flow forecasting and reporting VAT and TDS. They will support month-end bank reconciliation, as well as ensure proper entry into QBE. Jhpiego is seeking services of qualified Lady Health Visitors (LHVs) for the “The Implementation of BEmONC Services” to be implemented in three facilities Islamabad District. This support includes expanding the pilot initiative on integrating Family Planning (FP) services and implementing the EmONC (Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care) improvement plan in selected primary-level healthcare facilities in Islamabad Capital Territory.

Jhpiego seeks a Technical Director to provide vision, leadership, and direction to ensure the strategic, programmatic, technical, and financial integrity for an upcoming USAID-funded Global Health Security (GHS) activity in Ethiopia. This five-year project aims to reduce the impact of infectious disease outbreaks on morbidity and mortality through building a resilient One Health (OH) surveillance, diagnostics and workforce development capacities.   The Technical Director will operate under the leadership of the Chief of Party and with the senior management team, and will oversee and ensure the technical and methodological soundness of all project activities. Jhpiego seeks a Chief of Party (COP) to provide vision, leadership and direction to ensure the strategic, programmatic, technical, and financial integrity for an upcoming USAID-funded Global Health Security (GHS) activity in Ethiopia. The project aims to reduce the impact of infectious disease outbreaks on morbidity and mortality through building a resilient One Health (OH) surveillance, diagnostics and workforce development capacities.   The COP will have the overall responsibility for leadership and management and reporting of all project activities. The COP will be responsible for making key decisions and solving problems in short timeframes while ensuring operational and project quality and integrity. They will serve as the project’s main point of contact with USAID and the Ethiopian Government on routine and strategic matters.   The project is expected to operate over a five-year period. USAID’s Momentum Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) award is a USAID funded global award, that works in tandem with country governments and local nongovernmental organizations to provide targeted technical and capacity development assistance and contribute to the global technical leadership and policy dialogue on improving measurable outcomes for maternal, reproductive, newborn and child health, and voluntary family planning. MCGL seeks a Program Officer to provide support to the Project Director for a USAID program in East Jerusalem, the East Jerusalem Hospital Network (EJHN). EJHN comprises six non-profit, charitable hospitals that have a long history of providing services to patients from East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza hospitals in East Jerusalem. The EJHN program will support hospitals within the network to diversify income streams and improve quality of services for patients from the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem. This position reports to the Project Director.   The Program Officer will work in close collaboration with the MCGL project team in East Jerusalem and representatives from different Jhpiego HQ departments (e.g., Contracts Management Compliance Division, Travel, Procurement, Global External Communications Office) to support successful implementation of the projects. The MCGL EJHN Program Assistant will also have the overall responsibility for administrative support to the Project Director during this project. They will be responsible for planning and scheduling meetings with key stakeholders and taking notes during meetings and disseminating them to the broader program team. They will also ensure effective organizational management and communication with the host country government at all levels, local stakeholders, as well as supporting timely start-up for the project.
