En coordinación con la Dirección Técnica y Asesores de PSN, el Asesor de Planificación Familiar y Salud Sexual Reproductiva de los Adolescentes (SSRA), proporciona liderazgo estratégico y orientación técnica para el desarrollo y la ejecución de actividades integradas de planificación familiar y salud sexual y reproductiva de los adolescentes, en consonancia con las mejores prácticas internacionales, junto a leyes y regulaciones nacionales e internacionales de cumplimiento. El/ella ayuda a adaptar las mejores prácticas internacionales al contexto local; y asegura la aplicación coherente de prácticas basadas en evidencia en todas las actividades del programa.
El asesor del PF/SSRA trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los proveedores de atención sanitaria y las instalaciones sanitarias en materia de evaluación, desarrollo de aptitudes, fortalecimiento de sitios y garantía de calidad. El/ella integra mensajes clave de Planificación Familiar en campañas de comunicación y promueve la movilización comunitaria. El/ella garantiza la ejecución oportuna y eficaz en función de los costos de los proyectos y la presentación de informes sobre las actividades. Él/ ella será parte de un gran equipo técnico en el Proyecto PSN y trabajará en colaboración con otros asesores senior. Este cargo será supervisado directamente por el Director Técnico del proyecto. El Asesor Técnico es responsable de guiar la dirección técnica y estratégica del programa PF/SSRA. Atención Primaria de Salud que PSN impulsa.
USAID’s Momentum Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) award is a five-year USAID funded global award, that works in tandem with country governments and local nongovernmental organizations to provide targeted technical and capacity development assistance and contribute to the global technical leadership and policy dialogue on improving measurable outcomes for maternal, reproductive, newborn and child health, and voluntary family planning. MCGL seeks an Admin/Finance Manager to provide administrative and organizational leadership and direction to ensure the contractual, administrative and financial integrity for an upcoming USAID-funded project in East Jerusalem, the East Jerusalem Hospital Network (EJHN). The project will be focused on building the capacity of EJHN hospitals through the provision of technical, financial, and management strengthening support. This support will enable hospitals within the network to diversify income streams and improve the service provision for patients from the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem.
The Administrative/Finance Manager will oversee management of finance and administrative functions for the USAID East Jerusalem Hospital Network Project. This includes implementing and maintaining financial, accounting, and administrative systems as required. Ensuring the integrity and effective performance of office’s financial and administrative operations. The F&A Manager works closely with Finance and Operations Director, Technical Director, programs teams, finance team, and others to ensure accurate operational, financial, contractual, and administrative reporting to the management team and to agencies external to the project.

El Especialista Senior de FP trabaja en estrecha colaboración con equipo implementador local y proveedores de atención médica y centros de salud en evaluación, desarrollo de habilidades, fortalecimiento del sitio y garantía de calidad. El integra mensajes clave de PF en las diferentes intervenciones de Salud Materna, Neonatal, Niñez, Adolescencia, Comunicación Para el Cambio de Social y del Comportamiento SRMNNA/CCSC comunitaria. El garantiza la implementación del proyecto y la presentación de informes de actividades de manera oportuna. El especialista formará parte de un gran equipo técnico en el Proyecto Salud y Nutrición y trabajará en colaboración con otros especialistas. Este puesto reportará directamente al Líder Senior Regional de Huehuetenango. Jhpiego develops strategies to help countries care for themselves by training competent health care workers, strengthening health systems, and improving delivery of care.
Jhpiego seeks a fulltime M&E and Research Manager who will assist the Jhpiego IR principal investigator in the conduct of the implementation research and operations in up to 10 IR sites in the Philippines.
Through funding from Unitaid, the Scale Up Cervical Cancer Elimination and Secondary Prevention Strategy (SUCCESS) project aims to integrate HPV testing and treatment with thermal ablation into health care services (HIV, sexual and reproductive health, antenatal and postnatal, and primary health care), mobilize communities and civil society, generate demand for secondary prevention services, and generate evidence around feasibility and acceptability of cervical cancer prevention and treatment implementation.
The Project Support Staff is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure the seamless implementation and successful execution of the C19RM project. He plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Laboratory Advisor in the implementation of critical C19 response intervention areas such as surveillance, laboratory systems, COVID diagnostics and testing, risk communication and country level coordination and planning. Facilitating the attainment of project objectives and adherence to critical deadlines. This position demands exceptional organizational prowess, unwavering attention to detail, and a proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
The Senior Program Manager will work with the project director and other project staff to provide strategic engagement with government of Nigeria agencies, contribute significantly to coordination, tracking of implementation, responsible for overall project reporting, technical project management, and accountability, including strategic, programmatic, technical, financial and grants management integrity for EGHS projects. S/he will be responsible for oversight of workplan implementation, ensuring compliance donor and organizational regulations, developing monitoring and early warning systems and supporting in overall program management. The Senior Program manager will ensure quality assessment and quality TA provision is achieved using quality improvement tools tacking system. The Senior program manager will develop, maintain, strengthen and expand a quality collaborative approach and ensure effective program documentation.
SALARY RANGE (ANNUAL BASIC) 892,312.50 - 1,455,947.92
Reporting to the Technical Advisor, immunization. In collaboration with M/E assistants, M/E interns will conduct monitoring visits in their work place and ensure at least 20 health facilities are visited by week and facilitate data quality and support the health facilities to develop data improvement plans. The M/E interns will also collaborate with the M/E assistants to prepare and present weekly performance and support the technical team to use analyzed data to inform the program implementation in their regions. M/E interns will also be responsible for writing activity reports and supporting other program duties as assigned including logistics in program management.
After completion of the internship the Interns will be equipped with knowledge on Immunization/COVID 19 integrated programming, DQA /verification skills, utilization of chanjocovid system, monitoring data quality at facility level and facilitating development of action plans. The interns will also be capable to collect, analyses and make sense of COVID & Routine Immunization data. They will also be equipped with program management and report writing skills. The internship Program will be based in Morogoro Region and Kagera Region.

O Assistente Técnico realizará uma ampla variedade de tarefas administrativas e técnicas relacionadas ao Projeto IE- RAMJ, que visa apoiar o governo moçambicano e seus principais interessados a abordar as necessidades não atendidas de prevenção do HIV e saúde sexual e reprodutiva das RAMJ, aprimorando a integração e prontidão do sistema de HIV/SSR. Como tal, o papel incluirá, mas não se limitará a, auxiliar no desenvolvimento e implementação de planos de trabalho do país. Também incluirá a organização de reuniões, workshops ou treinamentos e até mesmo a facilitação dessas reuniões, quando permitido. A posição reportará diretamente ao Líder do projeto.
The Technical Officer will be responsible for overseeing implementation on MNH thematic area in all districts within the region. S/he will work closely with R/CHMTs to set regional and district priorities. She/he will also work with cluster lead and Technical Advisors to tailor assistance based on regional and district needs. The person selected for this position will actively participate in regional RMNCAH policy and strategy discussions including planning and progress reviews with other stakeholders, as appropriate.
He/she will play an important role at the regional and district level, demonstrating, providing technical assistance to strengthen and scale up MNH services, such as ANC, EmONC, essential newborn care, postnatal care and MPDSR. S/he will ensure that Jhpiego’ s programs implement national guidelines and standards in provision of quality MNH services. She/he will support regional team in development of regional quarterly and annual reports on MNH thematic area. This position will be based in Tabora Region.
