Pricing Administrator supports Jhpiego’s Resource Development Operations and works closely with the Resource Development Office, Global Human Resources and Program Technical Staff to prepare compliant, complex cost proposals to ensure successful completion and responsiveness of Jhpiego’s proposals for new business.
The Project Director will provide vision, overall technical and programmatic leadership, and managerial oversight for a PEPFAR/CDC-funded voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) for HIV prevention project in eSwatini. The Project Director will ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective implementation and reporting, as well as the strategic, programmatic, technical, and financial integrity of the project. The Project Director will also serve as the senior most organizational representative of Jhpiego in country. This project is expected to last through September 2020 and is contingent upon annual funding from CDC. Eswatini nationals are highly encouraged to apply. This project is based in Eswatini.
The Malaria Advisor will provide technical leadership and project oversight in all malaria interventions to a USAID-funded Health System Strengthening project in Liberia. This four-year project aims to support delivery of efficient, responsive, equitable, and quality health services for improved access and health status for Liberians.
The position will operate under the leadership of the Deputy Chief of Party and Jhpiego’s senior management team, the Malaria Advisor will ensure the technical and methodological soundness of activities and, in collaboration with the project team and partners, support the design of service delivery strategies, based on sound and current scientific evidence. S/he will provide technical support to ensure that activities are designed and implemented with high quality and meet project targets. Mentor and build capacity of health workers. Address any technical issues at national and subnational levels, including advocacy for malaria prevention and control prioritized at all levels. Responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of malaria project interventions. Develop low-cost job aids and tools that reflect practical solutions to enable County/District Health Teams scale-up. Jhpiego seeks a Chief of Party (COP) to provide vision, leadership and direction to ensure the strategic, programmatic, technical, and financial integrity for the upcoming USAID MOMENTUM (Moving Integrated, Quality Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health and Family Planning and Reproductive Health) APS Round 1 “MNCH/FP/RH Service Delivery in Fragile Settings”. MOMENTUM Round 1 seeks to support countries early in their journey to self-reliance to overcome the impacts of fragility on the population’s health and contribute to countries’ movement along the development continuum toward reduced maternal and child mortality and increased self-reliance. The project will operate over a five-year period.
The COP will have the overall responsibility for leadership and management and reporting of global and country-level project activities. S/he will be responsible for making key decisions and solving problems in short timeframes while ensuring operational and project quality and integrity. S/he will manage long- and short-term technical expertise across all result areas, and ensure the project meets the stated goals and reporting requirements, and will serve as the project’s main point of contact with USAID on routine and strategic matters. S/he will also ensure effective organizational management and communication with the host country government at all levels, and international partners and agencies.

The Monitoring Manager will provide technical leadership and strategic vision for monitoring activities for an upcoming Fleming Fund Country Grant in Bangladesh The project aims to address critical gaps in surveillance of antimicrobial-resistant (AMR) bacteria in Bangladesh. The project will focus on establishing and strengthening national AMR surveillance, reporting and research systems and workforce capacity. The project will operate over a 21-month period with the likelihood of further funding for future program phases. Working closely with the project’s management and technical staff, the Monitoring Manager will lead development of an M&E system that will capture high-quality, relevant and timely data that is used for programmatic decision-making to continuously improve the quality of interventions and outcomes. The Monitoring Manager is also responsible for documenting and disseminating project successes and challenges to the Flemming Fund.

Sr. Program Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Program Officer, Finance Manager, and representatives from different Jhpiego departments (e.g., Global Human Resources [GHR], Contracts Management Compliance Division [CMCD], Travel, Procurement, Global External Communications Office [GECO]) to support country teams to successfully implement projects. The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that administrative tasks are completed, as well as supporting programmatic tasks. The exact support needed will vary by country, but will likely include: coordinating US-based procurement; processing contracts; setting up payments from the US; setting up meetings and taking notes; reviewing/editing/translating reports, success stories, and other communication materials, etc.
Sr. Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of high-level, confidential, professional and administrative functions in support of the Vice President, Global Engagement and Communications (GECO). This includes conserving the Vice President’s time and focus, promoting the organization’s image by representing the Vice President internally and externally and ensuring appropriate communication between the Vice President, key internal and external executives, field operations, and employees. Additionally, the Sr. Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for various functions carried out by the members of the GECO management team.
Measurement and Learning Advisor needed to support actionable measurement and iterative learning as part of a newly formed division, Data Science, Learning and Impact. This includes providing a comprehensive suite of technical assistance to field offices and projects to support an enabling environment for data informed adaptive management and iterative learning across Jhpiego’s portfolio of global health programming in Africa, Asia and Latin America in technical areas including MNH, family planning and reproductive health, HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, and infectious diseases. Advisor will also work closely with project teams to identify and co-develop support to ensure the right data are available and of sufficient quality, the data are actionable, and that the team is analyzing and using data.
The Team Leader, Animal Healthwill provide expert guidance, leadership and support in the area of antimicrobial-resistant (AMR) and antimicrobial-usage (AMU) surveillance in food animals. S/he will develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders including government officials and non-governmental stakeholders and will ensure that animal health project outputs are met as per timeline and within budget.The upcoming Fleming Fund in health project Country Grant in Bangladesh aims to address critical gaps in surveillance of antimicrobial-resistant (AMR) bacteria in Bangladesh.
