The Senior Project Officer, RISE will provide dedicated project management, coordination, and operational support for HR activities across assigned USG-funded multi-country projects working across multiple regions, countries, and technical areas. The Senior Technical Advisor will provide leadership, expertise, and high-level technical support for implementation of compliance within both research and program learning.
