The Reaching Impact Saturation and Epidemic Control (RISE) program is saving lives and improving health by controlling the HIV pandemic and strengthening global health security to limit the spread of deadly disease outbreaks. The Senior Strategic Information Advisor (MERL) will lead the Momentum Country and Global Leadership (MCGL), Quality of Care (QoC) project extension and any other RMNCH project as appropriate - on all SI related implementation, research and data management. The Senior Program Officer will support the implementation of the Momentum Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) Quality of Care (QoC) project being implemented at the national and state level.
