Jhpiego is seeking a Global Help Desk Assistant to support its enterprise management systems.   Jhpiego is developing an enterprise program management system which will be integrated with the Jhpiego Enterprise Management System (JEMS). The systems will be used throughout the organization and developed and managed by the Information Services and Technology Support department. The core team is comprised of members from Kenya, US, and Mozambique Jhpiego offices. The team works with Jhpiego’s business units to incorporate enterprise processes in an effective and efficient software solution.   The Help Desk Assistant is responsible for support and training of the Jhpiego enterprise management system with a focus on supporting English and French speaking countries.   The nature of this work requires an individual who is service-oriented, an excellent communicator (oral and written), organized, and who can interact with diverse staff at all levels of the organization.   This position is part of the Information Services and Technology Support (ISTS) department supporting Jhpiego’s offices across Africa, Asia, and the Americas.   This position is remote, and requires up to 25% international travel.   Position reports to:  Senior Software Engineer Positions Supervised: None   Basic Salary (subject to statutory deductions): Kshs 122, 100 to 193,600 per month.
