The incumbent will work under the Medical Field Supervisor to accomplish the EGHS project field site. S/he will be responsible for qualitative data collection using key informant interview (KII) guideline in the selected surveillance sites in Bangladesh.

The incumbent will be accountable for overseeing data collection activities within the CDC-EGHS project. This role involves supervising a group of data collectors conducting Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and providing technical support. S/he will also be responsible for ensuring data quality, adherence to project protocols and timely completion of tasks. The incumbent will support the Project Lead in data analysis, report writing and smooth day to day operations of the project.
The incumbent is responsible for Bangladesh office HR related all support, hiring staff, including orientation of new staff and separation of staff as per Jhpiego policy and procedures. Establish specific HR objectives for country office to ensure that HR policy/procedures and standards are met.
