Jhpiego, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, is implementing digital health solutions to support public health programs. As part of ongoing system improvements and program expansion, Jhpiego seeks a to hire a competent individual to implement a series of technical developments, enhancements, refinements, and compliance updates for its mobile health applications.

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems to support the effective management of personnel in Jhpiego Cameroon. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and staff development. The HR Officer ensures alignment with local labor laws and Jhpiego’s global HR standards, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The Marketing Associate supports social media strategy and execution for Jhpiego’s global accounts and oversees a large suite of country- and program-level social media accounts in addition to Jhpiego’s global channels. The Marketing Associate plans the year-long calendar of content for Jhpiego’s social media channels, working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to execute paid and organic campaigns that highlight Jhpiego’s programs, technical expertise, and impact.  

Jhpiego seeks a Technical Advisor, Community Health at national level to technically advise and lead implementation of maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH) and primary health care (PHC) programming at community level in selected districts under the USAID-funded MCGL award in Indonesia.  This position will work closely with the Chief of Party (COP) and the Senior MNCH Technical Director to lead and manage community health worker (kader) programming initiatives. The Technical Advisor, Community Health will play a significant role in providing technical standards and direction and will be responsible for the technical quality assurance of the project’s activities in the community health area.
