The Human Resources (HR) Officer, being accountable to the HR and Operations Director, is responsible for ensuring HR processes are done properly and timely in line with the established checklist/s of recruitment, retention and separation, induction, leave administration, continuous performance appraisal, follow-up of staff life and medical insurance inclusion and renewals.
