Position Overview
MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership (MCGL), funded by the U.S. Government, is a global mechanism that saves lives and improves access to quality, integrated health services by distributing life-saving commodities, medicines, and vaccines, and providing critical health care services for pregnant mothers and children under five. The project provides safe childbirth for mothers and babies, vaccinates children, treats deadly illnesses and malnutrition, and controls disease outbreaks.
The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer will play a key role in ensuring that project data are systematically collected, validated, analyzed, interpreted, and used to track progress, inform adaptive management, strengthen program implementation, and demonstrate results. S/he will work closely with project team, Provincial Ministry of Health/Social Development, Health Directorates, health facilities, and other stakeholders to strengthen MEL systems, data quality and use, documentation, and dissemination of program results.
