Overview

Jhpiego seeks a National Program Coordinator for RISE project with geographic focus in East Java, West Java, East Nusa Tenggara and Central Java, in addition to national level support. The National Program Coordinator will work closely with the program and technical team and the national and provincial level to ensure that activities are planned, implemented and documented in line with the project’s goals and objectives).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in coordinating program activities across national and subnational teams.
  • Maintain activity schedules, calendars, and tracking tools based on approved workplans.
  • Provide programmatic support to program manager to ensure project activities are carried out according to workplan based on monthly activity calendar
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, trainings, and learning events, including participants coordination and documentation in coordination with Program Assistant
  • Support the program manager in tracking activity budgets and expenditures based on information provided by finances and program teams at provincial level
  • Compile inputs and supporting documentation for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Ensure all project documentation and filing systems are complete, accurate, and well organized in accordance with donor and organizational requirements.
  • Support the project team and relevant partners with documentation, record-keeping, and material distribution.
  • Support compliance with donor and organizational policies by ensuring required documentation is properly maintained.
  • Identify and escalate implementation, operational, or coordination issues to the Program Manager in a timely manner.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or another health-related field (e.g. nursing, midwifery, health policy, or social sciences)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or program support roles, preferably in health or development programs.
  • Experience supporting donor-funded projects including coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
