  • Finalize the Global HR Manual template: Review and refine the Global HR Manual template to ensure clarity, consistency, completeness, and usability across country offices. This may include strengthening language, aligning sections with global HR standards, identifying gaps or duplicative content, improving structure and formatting, and preparing the template for final review and rollout.
  • Support priority HR projects: Provide ad hoc support for HR projects that may arise during the assignment period. This may include drafting or reviewing HR guidance, supporting policy or process development, preparing briefing materials, contributing to templates or tools, reviewing employee relations documentation, and providing technical input on other HR initiatives as requested.
