The Director – Finance & Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial stewardship and strategic procurement to enable Jhpiego India’s growth, compliance, and operational resilience. Reporting to the Country Director, the role provides enterprise-wide oversight of finance, accounting, grants management, audit, and procurement across country and state offices.
The position ensures robust governance, disciplined financial management, and full compliance with regulatory and donor requirements, while proactively managing risk and strengthening internal control frameworks. It leads strategic sourcing, vendor governance, and contract management to optimize cost, efficiency, and value delivery.
As the primary interface with Jhpiego US Headquarters, the role ensures alignment with global standards, policies, and reporting expectations.
Note: Procurement under this role focuses on operational/administrative procurement. Programme and project procurement compliance oversight remains with the Manager - Compliance.
