Jhpiego Ethiopia is seeking a GBV Capacity Building & Program Manager to lead and finalize the technical and programmatic implementation of the Gender-Based Violence (GBV) component during Phase II of the Response-Recovery-Resilience for Conflict-Affected Communities in Ethiopia Project (3R-4-CACE). This is a temporary but critical assignment spanning December to the end of April.
The successful candidate will utilize the findings from the completed mapping and rapid assessment to drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive capacity building strategy for GBV service providers and relevant stakeholders. The Manager will provide overall program management, coordination, and technical leadership to ensure high-quality training roll-out, adherence to international standards, optimal budget use, and successful project closeout for the GBV component in conflict and climate-affected communities across Afar, Amhara, Benishangul-Gumuz, and Oromia regions.

Salary: Between 22,966 – 33,563 USD per annum.
