Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

  • Work closely with government officials, program teams, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate functional and programmatic requirements into clear technical documents, including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Prepare test cases, scenarios, and test plans based on requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for digital health platforms.
  • Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and closure in coordination with developers.
  • Validate system performance, usability, and compliance with program requirements before release.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Liaise with state governments, technical partners, and PMU teams to ensure alignment of requirements.
  • Provide programmatic updates and ensure government feedback is translated into actionable technical tasks.
  • Support adoption and scaling of digital platforms through strong relationship management with stakeholders.

Project & Documentation Support

  • Maintain change logs, requirement traceability matrices, and testing reports.
  • Assist in preparing user manuals, training material, and technical guides.
  • Document challenges, risks, and provide feasible solutions for smooth implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s in IT/Management/Public Policy preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Tester in IT projects; at least 2 years working with government or public health programs.
  • Experience in drafting requirement documents and conducting system testing.
  • Familiarity with digital health systems, health information platforms, or government IT systems is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
