This position reports directly to the Project Director, with a dotted-line relationship to the Country Director and the Global RISE leadership team in Baltimore. Based in Addis Ababa, the Director will manage a Finance Manager and a Grants Manager. This position is contingent upon funding.

This includes supervising the development and management of  sub-award agreements with multiple local partners operating nationally or regionally, ensuring all agreements are compliant and effective.
  • Conduct financial and administrative capacity assessments of potential and current sub-awardees and provide targeted technical assistance and training to strengthen their systems.
