Overview

MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership (MCGL), funded by the U.S. Government, is a global mechanism that saves lives and improves access to quality, integrated health services by distributing life-saving commodities, medicines, and vaccines, and providing critical health care services for pregnant mothers and children under five. The project provides safe childbirth for mothers and babies, vaccinates children, treats deadly illnesses and malnutrition, and controls disease outbreaks.  

Responsibilities

  • Carry and deliver messages and letters internally and externally.
  • Office cleaning including furniture and equipment.
  • Make photocopies, and document scanning as requested.
  • Purchase and serve snacks/food for meeting/workshop/seminar.
  • Provide timely supply of tea/coffee/snacks to the staff/meetings/visitors.
  • Shifting and fixing of furniture and equipment within or outside office
  • Load and unload materials from vehicles when necessary.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working experience in similar position
  • S.C (Secondary School Certificate) pass

Preferred Qualifications

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to understand English language.
  • Knowledge of dispatching massages and proper distribution
  • Ability to quickly prepare tea and snacks for staff and guests
  • Knowledge of message/memo delivery and training/workshop logistics support services. 
  • Basic computer operating skills
