Jhpiego is conducting a mixed-methods evaluation of the Quality Improvement and Leadership Management (QILM) initiative in three Nigerian states: Jigawa, Gombe, and Ekiti. The evaluation will assess quality of care improvements in service delivery across HIV, TB, malaria, MNCH, and COVID-19 programs. The evaluation includes structured interviews, clinical observations, and stakeholder engagement using digital tools.
Jhpiego seeks experience evaluators who will served as field data collection officers residing in the above states to support 2 days of training followed by paid 10 days of fieldwork. Selected individuals will play a critical role in collecting accurate and ethical data from healthcare providers, patients, and managers.
