Jhpiego is an international, non-profit health organization affiliated with Johns Hopkins University. Jhpiego works with health experts, governments and community leaders to provide high-quality health care for their people. Jhpiego develops strategies to help countries care for themselves by training competent health care workers, strengthening health systems, and improving delivery of care.
The SUCCESS Project Phase 2 of Jhpiego focuses on community-based sampling. Specimens will be collected from partner Pharmacies and through outreach activities by the Civil Society Organizations. Samples collected by these partner sites will be transported to a designated laboratory for processing and analyses. Results will then be released to the governing health facility within the Local Government Unit (LGU). The project aims to screen 3,538 women across three LGUs within Metro Manila, from January to August of 2024. Each site has a specific target for women screened.
To facilitate the proper transport of samples from screening sites to the laboratory and the transport of results from the laboratory to the health centers, a designated transport service is required. The transport service may be from an existing transport network vehicle service, or individuals hired for short-term engagement assigned to each LGU.

The Transport Service Provider (TSP) may be an agency or individual motorcycle rider that will transport samples from collection sites of samples to the laboratory, transport results from the laboratory to the health center, and may transport small volume of commodities from the health center to the screening partners, such as the pharmacies and civil society organization.

The Transport Service Provider shall be responsible for the following:
1. Transport of Specimen, Reagents, Documents, and other requirements
a. The TSP shall be responsible for the proper handling of the transported goods while in transit .
b. The TSP should be trained in handling the samples to be transported
c. Any loss or damage of the transported goods while in transit shall be the responsibility of the TSP.
d. The TSP shall ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn while handling the specimen transported.
e. The TSP shall ensure that documents transported are released to authorized person only.
f. The TSP shall ensure the availability of Spill Kit and other disinfectant in the vehicle for decontamination or elimination of hazards provided by Jhpiego.
g. The TSP shall ensure timely delivery of the goods from one site to another

The Transport Service Provider (TSP) should have the following:
1. Motorcycle
2. Professional driver's license
3. Motorcycle gears such as, helmet, etc.
