The Strategic information (SI) Advisor will provide technical leadership and guidance in planning and implementing appropriate SI/M&E systems, activities, and technical assistance for an anticipated Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) project focusing on community and facility-based HIV prevention, testing and treatment services in Namibia. This includes providing technical leadership to develop and implement the project framework, plans and indicators to capture project performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all project activities. The SI Team Lead will oversee the M&E team to design, implement and supervise regional M&E activities, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into project implementation to continuously improve quality of interventions and outcome. This position will collaborate closely with in-country stakeholders, including national, regional, and local government, civil society, and other PEPFAR implementing partners to share data from program results, evaluations, assessments, research and lessons learned from implementation. The project will operate over a five-year period. This position is contingent upon award from CDC.
