The Project Director will provide vision, overall technical and programmatic leadership, and managerial oversight for the PEPFAR/CDC-funded technical assistance project: Strengthening of the Kingdom of Eswatini's Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) Program. The Project Director will provide day-to-day oversight and management and serve as the lead staff member for Jhpiego’s program team in country, including ensuring the timely, efficient, and cost-effective implementation of project activities and reporting, as well as the strategic, programmatic, technical, and financial integrity of the project. The CDC project is expected to last through September 2025 and is contingent upon annual funding from CDC. The Project Director will also serve as the senior most organizational representative of Jhpiego in country, with support from Jhpiego’s program and technical teams at headquarters. When needed, the Project Director will also support identification and development of new project opportunities. The position will be based in Mbabane, Eswatini.
