Jhpiego seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor to provide technical leadership, oversight and strategic direction for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for an upcoming national voluntary family planning project in Uganda. The project aims to increase adoption of voluntary family planning and reproductive health behaviors.
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Leaning Advisor will provide technical leadership to develop project framework, plans and indicators to capture performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all project activities. The Senior M&E Advisor will supervise and manage the M&E team to design and implement national voluntary family planning project M&E activities, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into project implementation to continuously improve quality of interventions and outcomes. The M&E Advisor is responsible for documenting and disseminating project successes and challenges to USAID. The M&E Advisor will also be responsible for designing and conducting operations research. Advisor will liaise with consortium partners and the Ministry of Health to implement monitoring and evaluation activities.
