Jhpiego seeks a Project Monitoring and Evaluation Director to provide technical leadership, oversight and strategic direction for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and strategic information (SI) activities for an upcoming project. The project aims to address prevention care, and treatment gaps across the clinical cascade, with a focus on services for key populations, men, women, and families through technical assistance (TA) extension and field support; strengthening the local response to the epidemic. The project will operate over a five-year period.
The Project M&E Director will provide technical leadership to develop project framework, plans and indicators to capture performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all project activities. The Project M&E Director will supervise and manage the M&E team to design and implement project M&E activities, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into project implementation to continuously improve quality of interventions and outcomes and capacity of partners receiving TA is built. The Project M&E Director will also be responsible for designing and conducting evaluation and implementation research activities. The Project M&E Director will liaise with consortium partners and the Ministry of Health to implement monitoring and evaluation activities.
