Jhpiego seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor to provide technical leadership, oversight and strategic direction for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for an upcoming USAID cervical cancer project. The project aims to improve, screening, diagnosis, and treatment for cervical cancer in HIV positive women above 30 years old. The project is estimated to operate over a five-year period.
The M&E Advisor will provide technical leadership to develop project framework, plans and indicators to capture performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all project activities. The M&E Advisor will supervise and manage the M&E team to design and implement USAID cervical cancer project M&E activities, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into project implementation to continuously improve quality of interventions and outcomes. The M&E Advisor is responsible for documenting and disseminating project successes and challenges to USAID. The M&E Advisor will also be responsible for designing and conducting operations research. Advisor will liaise with consortium partners and the Ministry of Health to implement monitoring and evaluation activities.
